If your laptop or PC was originally installed with Windows® XP then this system restore recovery DVD / USB set is what you are looking for. This will allow you to reinstall and repair your operating system and update all your drivers. You will need to make sure that you have your product key. This is normally found on your COA and is a 25 digit key

You will also need to decide what edition of Windows® XP was originally installed, as your product key will only activate the edition of Windows® XP that was installed originally on your computer. The bit type does not matter a product key will activate both the 32 Bit (x86) and 64 Bit (x64) versions of your Windows® XP edition. However we only support the 32 bit version of XP as the 64 Bit version had systemic problems.

The previously installed edition of Windows® XP that you will require will be on the list below. All the recovery versions below are the Service Pack 3 Version (SP3)
